Harrington TCEM-II B Series Air Trolley Hoist – built for safety, reliability, and performance. Certified to the latest ATEX standards, these hoists are spark resistant and designed to operate in environments where explosive gases and dust may be present. Expanded eepos product availability in the Americas — In August, we announced that eepos cranes would now be available through the Harrington sales channel in the US, Mexico, and South America. This collaboration combines the Harrington industry-leading sales network and customer support with the eepos world-class modular aluminum crane systems and accessories, offering expanded options and innovative material handling solutions.

Capital investments
Two new hammers in Cradley Heath — Earlier this year, we marked a significant milestone at our Cradley Heath facility with the inauguration of newly installed forging hammers. This investment strengthens our capabilities and reflects our commitment to safety and innovation.
Australia facilities expansion — a new distribution center, product showcase space, and state-of-the-art training center that will serve channel partners and end users in the region.
Aluminum die casting in Yamanashi — Investments in aluminum die casting were made at the Kito Crosby Yamanashi plant to increase high-volume production of complex and precise hoist components more quickly and cost-effectively.
Elizabethtown expansion — Following the announcement of eepos products being available through the Harrington sales channel in the Americas, eepos US operations were physically integrated into our Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, facilities, creating additional synergies between the eepos and Harrington brands to better serve customers in the region. A grand opening was held in conjunction with the Americas Hoist & Crane sales meeting in November.
Digital enhancements
New Crosby & Gunnebo Industries digital catalog — completely redesigned and includes detailed information for more than 4,300 of the world’s leading lifting, rigging, and securement products. The new catalog is available in 12 languages, is always up-to-date, and delivers enhanced search functionality, dynamic product pages, new CAD file integration, and supporting marketing materials.

New CAD experience — Kito Crosby has partnered with SolidComponents to deliver a new CAD file experience for both the Crosby and Gunnebo Industries brands. The digital catalog is now fully integrated with SolidComponents so users can download CAD files for projects directly from the digital catalog product pages. More than 30,000 people trained — through one of our seminars, demo vehicle clinics, lunch and learns, repair courses, or online course in 2025. Since 1991, we have trained more than 630,000 people. No other company delivers the practical training, comprehensive resources, and technical support at to the products’ point-of-use.

Inaugural Crosby Academy — In March, we hosted the first-ever Crosby Academy in Texas, bringing together our valued channel partner for an in-depth training experience focused on safe lifting and rigging best practices. Attendees engaged in hands-on demonstrations, expert-led sessions, and collaborative learning—all designed to strengthen industry knowledge and safety awareness.

New training centers — new world-class training centers opened in Arlington, Texas; Mississauga Ontario; and Melbourne, Australia. These centers will serve both channel partners and end users throughout the year. In October, the Arlington training center was named after legendary Crosby trainer Danny Bishop in honor of his decades of service to the company and the industry.

Three new training demo vehicles — New vans hit the streets in EMEA and Mexico, and a third demo truck was launched this year to serve the US and Canada. This fleet of vehicles are used to bring world-class training clinics to job sites year-round.

New Metric training materials — Our new Metric version of our popular workbook and pocket-size rig card launched in Q4, providing end users who attend one of our courses the most up-to-date safe lifting, rigging, and securement information.
Team member achievements
RAISE Awards – More than 750 nominations were cast this year for the Kito Crosby RAISE Awards. Team members are invited to nominate fellow team members and project groups quarterly, and a committee votes to award winners who most exemplify one or more of our core values of Reliability, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and/or Excellence through their work. One team member is selected for the CEO Award for Employee Excellence. This year, Garrett Lambert at our Winona, Minnesota, plant was selected for his leadership in implementing an acid reclamation system drastically reduced waste and improved operational efficiency—an innovative step forward for both sustainability and safety.
Mr Kiyomi Tamari celebrates 50 years of service — Mr Yoshio Kito and the team in Yamanashi celebrated Kiomi Tamari’s incredible 50-year anniversary, recognizing his dedication and inspirational journey with the company.
Community engagement
Bridges to Prosperity team completes Rwanda bridge — 10 team members from across the world traveled to Rwanda this year to replace a deteriorating bridge for the local community. The new bridge will serve more than 4,400 people, providing safe access to critical resources.

Lifting for the Troops campaign hits new record — Together with our channel partners, industry partners, team members, friends, and family, we raised a record $82,000 for the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation this fall. All proceeds go directly to help fund scholarships and educational services for US military children who have lost a parent in the line of duty. To date, we have raised a grand total of $350,000 for Fallen Patriots, enough to cover full scholarships for 14 students.

Bauma 2025 – In April we attended Bauma in Munich, Germany, where more than 600,000 attendees and more than 3,600 exhibitors from 57 countries gathered to share insights and showcase innovation. Our stand was a hub of activity, filled with customers, partners, and exciting new features. Visitors explored an interactive factory landscape, watched engaging videos, discovered our latest products, and joined in fun competitions. It was an incredible opportunity to connect, demonstrate our commitment to innovation, and strengthen relationships across the industry.
UK Customer Event — In November, we marked a significant milestone at our Cradley Heath facility with the inauguration of newly installed forging hammers — completed with zero accidents. These investments strengthen our capabilities and reflect our commitment to safety and innovation. To celebrate, we hosted an unforgettable customer event, welcoming business partners from across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The program was packed with highlights; from factory tour showcasing the new hammers to engaging presentations, training demos and a magical evening at Warwick Castle.
