Double Latch is designed to retain the load safely if the hook latch should accidentally open through direct impact or excessive wear on the trigger.
Recessed trigger helps prevent it from being hit or damaged and prevents the latch from accidentally opening.
Fluorescent color ensures high visibility in the field.
Meets DNV 2.7-1:2013, DNVGL-ST-0377:2016, DNVGL-ST-0388:2016, and NORSOK R-002:2017 requirements.
Not hot-dip galvanized.

Double latch Due to the motion of the sea when loading and unloading offshore, direct impact on the hook could cause the latch to unintentionally open when not being under load, risking the load to unhitch. The double latch safety hook has an extra latch retaining the load in this case.
